And from then on having to put your hand into the ceviche to peel the shrimp instead of putting the cookie in. We went for the chicken that they promoted and we arrived and there was no chicken, “poultry without chicken”🍗 we ordered other dishes so as not to miss the trip to the place, and the truth is a 3/10. The warmth of the man who attended us is saved. We were left craving to try the chicken. And no desire to return.

I have been meaning to try this place for awhile, I finally went in last night and was greeted with a smile even though they were close to closing. I ordered half a chicken with tostones and a salad. What a nice surprise when I went home and sat down to eat! Unlike other pollo a la brasa that I’ve had, the skin on the chicken was nice and crispy. The meat was juicy, especially the pechuga and it was packed with flavor. It doesn’t stop there; usually when I order tostones I get disappointed because they’re always so thick and aren’t crispy, but I always have hope. Their tostones were the perfect size and nice and thin so when you bite them it has that perfect crunch. The cabbage salad was also good, dressed with the right amount of vinegar. Their house hot sauce was also the cherry on top that completed the meal. Needless to say I will be back! This is truly a hidden gem in Broadway Passaic.

The empanadas are fresh and delicious. The baked chicken a 10/10, the fries and the pineapple juice are my favorites.

For people who know the Department of Huila in Colombia, they know that the best chicken there is Las Vegas Restaurant, because this restaurant has the same recipe as Las Vegas chicken...
