Drove here to order bubble tea, and checked to make sure they were open which their hours are posted on their door and online, and the store is locked up and closed 40 minutes before closing with nobody to be found. Disappointment.

They stole my money! I ordered online and despite websites and the store front window saying “Open from 8 AM - 12 PM” the place was closed. We visited another store of the same name and they were “under construction”. I haven’t gotten my money back. Is there no way place a claim; no one answers in stores, on Facebook, or through emails.

I like this restaurant they have good chimi burgers however they’re only good when they’re open it seems like in the past month they have not opened or edit their hours on Google which is a shame poor management.

First time eating here and for my picky eater of 3 years to finish her food was A GREAT EXPERIENCE !
Facilities clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Establishment however doesn't understand or appreciate the difference between a classic American burger and a patty melt sandwich. They are not the same thing. This place sells patty melt sandwiches. Beef quality is suspect. Also, the sauce is too sweet. Burgers are savory. Sugar doesn't make it better it makes it sweeter especially given that American breads are already too sweet. This bun is particularly ill suited for a burger especially when doused in sauce. The only sweetness in a burger should come from fresh beef and onions. A sauce only adds a bit of acid to cut through the richness of the beef. Pickles will do the same thing. Ketchup shouldn't be necessary as the grilled beef is juicy enough. A good burger hits the right spot in multiple ways. This one just doesn't land well.

Last week was the first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the excellent service, with the exceptional meal and wine and with the decent cost. We will absolutely return there in a short time.
