I ordered a buffalo Mac & cheese. What I received look like they entended to put the buffalo drizzle on it and the lid was off and they just continued to poured the whole bottle till it was a pool of buffalo sitting on the Mac & cheese, called the store around 8:30pm to come and exchange it. They said they just needed me to return the Mac and cheese they gave me when they get here cool. It’s currently 10:24pm they won’t answer the phone for no one and they never came back to exchange my Mac and cheese. Me and my girlfriend try calling multiple times, they just keep hanging up calls. I thought the store was just ignoring my number but they won’t answer my girl either which doesn’t make sense at all. Terrible ya lost a loyal customer.

What a bad service at Sunday Pizza, they don't use gloves or mouth covers, they take money and that's how they go to take the food and they are very rude, very bad service.

Now I see why this place has 2 stars .. nice people but unfortunately not tentative .. waited 30 minutes after ordering before I asked how much longer.. I was told 10 more minutes so I come back 15 minutes later and now they don' I don't know what happened to my order and I will have to wait another 15 minutes.. i got kids in the car this is unacceptable.. 1 hour wait???? Avoid this location if you can help it..
I ordered in person and waited half an hour before they asked how much longer do I have to wait? .. they told me 10 more minutes .. okay that's fine .. I came back after 10 minutes and they told me that they don't know what happened to my order… it can't be found my order… should I place the order again and wait another half hour?? What a lokera my people... put more effort...

I usually don’t do this but I’m actually annoyed waited almost an hour for my delivery…. My buffalo chicken sandwich had pineapple in it…. And received some cinnamon bread instead of my feta cheese bread.

We place the order online with our neighbors address by mistake and try to call the store for almost 2 hours to notify them about the issue. However no on pick up the phone to talk to us after almost 3 hours I decided to go to the store myself to see a manager. While getting ready my wife calls and is able to reach someone at the store he said not able to help us cause we place the order with the wrong address. I asked for the manager and he saids their is no manager in the store

I ordered some spicy wings, and they sent me the wrong ones, which were the sweet ones. In the first order, I called to inform them that they had made a mistake because everything was on the receipt, and they sent me a new order again and left me the first one for free in the second. order they sent me this this to the kind of people who serve clients of a business that is prestigious and of good quality when they don't have professional people to serve if they don't feel like working they should quit and don't make us lose our money because if we pay a lot The money is so that they serve us well and give us what we are looking for from a business that we respect because they have good food and are recognized. This is rude to all those who buy from this type of business With just a little sauce on three wings and the rest as the first order Is sucks

I got the $19.99 deal the two medium one topping pizzas with the cinnamon twist and garlic bites. It's supposed to come with a 2 liter coke. But the took that out from the deal so you have to add that separately now which kinda sucks.
