If you spend $10 a day at Dunkin’ Donuts for $300 a month you should be able to use the bathroom. Update : young lady nicely explained why they have so many bathroom issues

I go to this dunkin everyday and never have an issue but today I go in and order a large iced coffee and two donuts, I ask her to put in another donut so I can get my points and I tell her to scan my rewards membership. She takes my phone and adds two free donuts from my points which I did not give her permission to do. I asked her why she did that and pretended she didn’t understand me. I will be calling later to speak to the manager because it seem like she was the only one working.

This place is absolutely garbage. They made my coffee taste like water, gave me attitude because she couldn’t understand me, and overall it was a terrible experience. Will never be going back and will be letting everyone I know not to go there as well!

The table are dirty of coffee and very sticky they don’t clean it
The girl at the counter didn't speak English well enough to understand what I wanted so another girl came over. Very rude. It was uncomfortable. Also , we finished eating and I went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting. Meanwhile, both employees sat there playing on their phones. Never will go back.

When in for a cup of coffee. Watch 2 employees and neither offered to serve me. And when I informed them that I had been waiting they got belligerent and said it was my fault. They then said there was no manager. And didn’t know the phone number. Disrespectful and possibly racist.

Horrible!!! Girl with black long nails holding cup with nails inside attitude didn't put top on coffee wen I picked up the coffee top came off hot coffee spilled over the counter lucky didn't fall on me won't be back.
