Very unprofessional service the worst customer service . The counter employee was aggressive, yelling, and complaining in Spanish about his workload instead of helping customers . He spoke to me very disrespectfully when I politely asked to use the bathroom after ordering. This was my first and last visit. I don’t recommend this place.

I like this place every employee is nice but the new lady who wears low bun and glasses & white skin and hat the white lady gave me the wrong drink I asked for a berry sangria instead she gave me a blueberry daydream refresher she needs more training practice

I go to this dunkin everyday and never have an issue but today I go in and order a large iced coffee and two donuts, I ask her to put in another donut so I can get my points and I tell her to scan my rewards membership. She takes my phone and adds two free donuts from my points which I did not give her permission to do. I asked her why she did that and pretended she didn’t understand me. I will be calling later to speak to the manager because it seem like she was the only one working.
This place is absolutely garbage. They made my coffee taste like water, gave me attitude because she couldn’t understand me, and overall it was a terrible experience. Will never be going back and will be letting everyone I know not to go there as well!
