Visited 3 times. All 3 times I have been received by a bunch of teens with a bad attitude. Short girl with glasses was very rude, but especially the guy at the window who purposely filled my cup with ice just serving very few coffe. I felt scammed. I'm never coming back to this store and I live here in Passaic. I just feel that every time I go I'm gonna get just ice cause the kids to busy playing on the back guessing whose to make a normal coffee for.

On wed site it said that they close at 10 but by 7 they don’t make no more sandwiches them you ask them what donuts they have and they started laughing employees are really rude what’s the point of being open if most of the stuff in the menu is not available..

Everytime I pass by it’s “we don’t have food at this time “ or “kitchen is closed” doesn’t really matter the time of day, they only have donuts and beverages. America doesn’t run on this Dunkin.

You are supposed to go around the corner to get to the Drive - Thru. As a customer going through Drive - Thru avoid keeping the long line for not moving.

if you do go here definitely keep a good eye on how your coffee/food is being prepared. Just in case ask for fresh food.

Drive through lady is beyond rude at night time and speaks to people in the drive through with a nasty tone. “We only have iced coffee and hot coffee with a terrible tone “.

this dunkin donuts had to be the filthiest I have ever been to When I looked into my bag of hashbrowns, there was ketchup packets inside the hashbrowns that had a nasty sticky substance on them so I refuse to eat those.. then I moved onto the munchkins where I realized that they had hair on them as if they’ve been dropped previously and I’ve never had such an experience in my life anywhere ever. and I went through the drive-through so I can only imagine how disgusting it is inside

How this location is still open is beyond me. I stopped coming here in 2020-21, once the nice Indian employees left its been nasty ever since. They get my order wrong so consistently that I’m convinced it’s just kids serving up random orders. Since 202, these poor souls haven’t gotten one of my orders correct. Today, I happened to go in because I was late for work and had no breakfast and it was close and quick. My mistake. I ordered 3 things and only 1 was correct and it was because the guys asked me what kind of donut I wanted again. He had to ask me twice to get it right. It’s a shame. At least the dry donut lacking half of the frosting held me through the day until I could finally eat in my own house. Never going out to eat garbage again.

I like to come here for how close it is. But it is usually a disappointment when it’s comes to the coffee. Something always feels missing. Usually it tastes like they either didn’t put coffee at all or the flavoring.I think the manager should double check/retrain to see how the employees are making the drinks. They seem to not care much. It’s rare that someone makes a good coffee.Sometimes I’ll order food but it’s usually cold. Not freshly made or at least warmed up.Other than that the service is fine and usually quick.
