Very unprofessional service the worst customer service . The counter employee was aggressive, yelling, and complaining in Spanish about his workload instead of helping customers . He spoke to me very disrespectfully when I politely asked to use the bathroom after ordering. This was my first and last visit. I don’t recommend this place.

So I just had the worst experience in this dunkin. First I would like to state that this was my first time ever going in and I was greeted not with a hi how are you doing it was what do you want so I knew from the jump the guy taking my order has a very bad attitude and didn’t want to be there. Saying that I work in the food service industry so customer service is keys to returning customers. Not only did he not listen to me while i was ordering but also he made my drink wrong. He yelled at me when i told him it was incorrect and for my husband to have to raise his voice was not called for but he doesn’t not stand people disrespecting me. Now the girl who got me my return I very appreciate you for being so nice and apologizing for the issue. You deserve to be running that dunkin.

I usually have good experiences here, but the customer service has gotten really bad. Tonight my order was taken by Esteban, and he gave me attitude, got my order wrong, and I was missing items. I asked for caramel drizzle with no mocha drizzle, and I didn’t receive the donuts I paid for. I even have a photo of the mistake.
This isn’t the first time either. On another visit, Gleismett gave me attitude and was so disrespectful that another employee had to switch in for her.
If you don’t want to work, then don’t — but customers shouldn’t have to deal with disrespectful tone, wrong orders, and unprofessional behavior. I do not appreciate the way this location is handling service.

I’ve gave this Dunkin so many chances and I’m done. There’s a lot I can write but I’ll stick to whatever is at the top of my head…I usually go every morning and get my stuff myself, there’s an employee at the drive thru window with a horrible attitude. If you hate your job then find a new one. I’ve been served sandwiches with cold cheese on them, when brought to their attention, I’m told “you need to ask for your sandwich to be warm” like what?! It’s supposed to be a hot sandwich!!!! I’ve been served stale donuts on multiple occasions, watered down coffee, just yesterday I went through the drive through and got 2 coffees, a donut, and munchkins, got all the way home to realize I got no straws, had to go all the way back. Super inconvenient, you’re serving iced coffee, how do you forget to give a straw but make sure you want to hand over a receipt???
Anyways. Today was ridiculous, I ordered from uber eats, again 2 coffees and this time a coffee roll. They send me glazed donut. Like what??? How do you just pick something without calling the customer?
Passaic needs a decent Dunkin. The one down the street isn’t any better. I get it that it’s Dunkin and at the end of the day it’s fast food, but cmon. How long are ya’ll gonna keep messing up people orders or serving crap food.
Do better. People are spending their hard earned money, I promise they don’t want watered down coffee or stale donuts. They also want they ordered or at least to be notified if you’re out of stock on something!

Horrible service. I entered at 2:30 PM and waited to order. Well, that wait turned into waiting for more than 10 minutes! Workers treated me as if I did not exist, and would ignore me while I waited at the front to order. I wouldn’t come here unless you want to wait around 20 minutes to just order and wait for your order.
