Horrible service. I entered at 2:30 PM and waited to order. Well, that wait turned into waiting for more than 10 minutes! Workers treated me as if I did not exist, and would ignore me while I waited at the front to order. I wouldn’t come here unless you want to wait around 20 minutes to just order and wait for your order.
Never open at 4:30 am like they say, came around 4:45 numerous times and not open, change service hours please….
The service is very bad and the staff make the wrong coffee and when I go to correct it, they make it wrong again and they are very slow.
Worst Dunkin I’ve visited. 5 staff all shouting to each other in Indian the whole time. The toilet had soiled paper across the floor. The drink order they gave me was incorrect. And I wonder about their EO employment option- if you don’t speak Indian do you get an interview?

I ordered my food through delivery and they only gave my dasher 1 part of my order, then when i called the restaurant they did not answer the phone at all. I will not be ordering from here again and I do not recommend anyone else orders. God bless

I ordered a medium hot coffee and a small Oatmilk Iced Latte, which I got charged 9.14. I got my order and left. When I took a sip out of my Iced Latte , it was an Iced Coffee. I'm lactose so I immediately tasted the cream in it as well. I had to drive back to get the correct ICED LATTE I had initially ordered. The girl told me I got charged for an iced Coffee and asked I pay the difference FOR THEIR MISTAKE. On the app a medium hot coffee and a small OATMILK iced Latte is 9.14. So not only they gave me the incorrect drink, they charged me EXTRA. My first trip I gave her a $2 tip. I should have made her pay the difference from there. Get your receipt and check ur order before driving off. Next time I'll just ask for a refund. This was on September 11, @ 5:20ish pm

The customer service is terrible. One of the employees cut everyone in line to use the restroom, claiming, “ her shift ended and she had to use the restrooms”. The were two elderly people waiting line , two customers.

Bad te dan la comida casi cruda pedí un sausage, egg and cheese and honey, they gave it medium hot, the yellow cheese was still cold and the fat from the meat was still in danger of being blamed, those who have control, not the employees, the meals must be well cooked to prevent salmonella poisoning, that's what they should say. to all your employees who sew things well
The last experience my family and I had here was terrible. The costumer service was bad and we received attitude for changing an order.
