My family and I have been loyal customers for 15+ years, we used to visit you at the other location as well.
Yesterday, we took my grandparents that are visiting from Peru to eat some pancita and anticuchos and we had the worst experience. Service was the worst we have ever received, prices are up by $5 on the check without notice because they are false advertising on the menu. I requested to speak with a manager which was non-existent. They told me that our server was supposed to tell us about the prices at the beginning but she didn’t even introduce herself. She told us that she had been on vacation and didn’t know about the prices increment. She wasn’t even checking our table at all. Didn’t remove plates on time. We had to ask a different server to help us with empty plates and at the end she included a 18% gratuity to the check.
I have been a server for so many years in the past and this is definitely not the service a loyal customer deserves. We are so disappointed we drove for hours to have this experience. Unfortunately, we will not going back nor recommending this restaurant anymore which we have done in the past to all our friends and family.

This afternoon I ordered a grilled chicken, to pick it up, when I got home I saw that they had given me a saved and dried chicken, the food is getting worse and worse, it's not the cool one it used to be.

The girl had a terrible attitude from the entrance, the digital menu does not load and you cannot choose and in the end if you do not get up and ask for your order they could have you waiting there for hours

It was after a while that I bought grilled chicken and it was ugly, tasteless and dry, the steak was overcooked and the meat had a bad taste, the cholo with cheese was hard and the cheese was chewy, the whole food was disgusting and horrible,, what a disappointment.

Food is not as good as once was , overpriced , Lomo saltado had no flavor vegetable rice had no vegetables , waited half an hour for chicken instead of the waiter telling us that the chicken was going to take some time.Service is mediocre if you don't ask for ketchup or salt they don't bring ....looouuud music at lunch time came out with a headache. Couldn't wait to leave that place and never come back.

Disgusting!!! Roaches! We called to inform them and they made us drive to return the food and when we got there with the food they gave us a hard time. Not the same place that it used to be. Calling the health department with picture proof. Shame on you guys.
I ordered takeout and the salad arrived rotten. The chicken was not that delicious. Check before placing the order. What a shame that they damage the service.

The food is terrible, it's not what it was before. If you are Peruvian and you are reading this, don't go because they don't know how to cook and they put seasonings that shouldn't have on certain foods.
