tengo 20 años en New Jersey y hablo por experiencia.
Soy de la ciudad de México y siempre se ha caracterizado a la birria por ser un plato típico para bajar la resaca ó para comer un fin de semana.
En todos los restaurantes que voy a buscar unos tacos de birria, siempre me dan en la orden : tres ó cuatro tacos de carne de CHIVO Ó BORREGO acompañado con su respectivo consome del mismo (el consome debe de venir en un plato hondo y en cantidad razonable)
