Do not go here unless you want to get sick. Picked up fafda from this place. Upon coming home realized that chutney they have had gone bad. To confirm this I asked 3 other people to check and all confirmed that it was spoilt. Fafda themselves were also little stale and not fresh. I called them next day as shop was already closed and on phone lady said to bring back food for a refund. When I returned to store to return item and get refund the ladies started arguing that their food is not spoiled. If you keep up this quality and service I can assure you that pretty soon you will be out of business.

Located in Bergen County, this place is very small and offers limited seating. The place doesn't have much ambiance as such but they do have some good food to serve. I bought jalebi and fafda but was disappointed to know that they don't offer the papaya chutney. The chutneys which they offered were too watery and this can be improved upon whereas I had also bought dhokla which was fresh and was good. This place does offer the majority of snacks but I believe they can expand on the business by offering certain snacks( example: khandvi) through orders.

Service was excellent. Delivered hot and on time . But the spice was too harsh , hence stomach was upset totally for three days . I wish the rotis were not so smeared in oil. Everyone wants to eat healthy these days :).

Its just rude that I reach at 7:20pm there are 3 signs on the door that says they are open until 8pm but the people inside are working, refusing to even look at the door as I am knocking. I get closing early to clean up and prep for next day but 40min????? It just rude and offensive that they refuse to acknowledge a humanbeing standing at the door. I would be okay if they told me they closed early but they chose to ignore me.

It’s wonderful place for true flavor of Indian food. Best vada pav, dabeli , pav baji with good quality . Must visit.

I purchased fafda jalebi on dussehra. Don’t expect taste like you get in India. I bought 2 pounds unfortunately it’s going in garbage. Owner attitude is not good.

We want to this place and asked do you guys make fresh jalebi and gathiya, she said yes. Then we got cold jalebi and gathiya. We asked that india mein it is served hot. Then she said everywhere they make once a week, but here we make every night. Then she heated both in thermocol plate and thermocol melted. Then we were give single jalebi, saying that jalebi should be eaten cold. Lilva kachori was good, it is expensive.

TASTY, AMZING SERVICE, True Gem is Lady who serve us.Funny thing is, We ask for Tea and lady told us to bring milk from super market and gave us money, we immediately feel like we are in home.I visited Newyork/New Jersey from Florida and, i was having Gujarati Breakfast craving. We drove there and every minute we drove is worth it.We ordered FAFDA-JALEBI, SEV KHAMNI, SAMOSA, TEA.

I would like to not give a 1star also... pathetic experience I had today...I ordered one dabeli.. vada pav, samosa and jalebi..dabeli was literally spoiled may b potato stuffing is spoiled and smelling very bad...and other food items was not fresh also..they told jalebi is made in ghee .but it literally made in oil..you can taste and know immediately.. warning for everyone please do check your food there only if you are taking out..

We had been going there for vada pao, dabeli, lilva kachori etc been there two days before to realize people managing it had been changed and menu is also changed, vada pao n dabeli were good as usual, I used to like their gulab jamun, but now they’re not at all good, i got 1 lb of it packed and it would go to waste. But there egg boil tikka and chicken biryani which i tried for first time was good.

The chutney was spoilt and after we mentioned that to them, they made all the other items extra spicy even after telling that we want it only medium spicy. It seems a little vindictive and on top of that they didn’t even bother to compensate us. Hope they prepare all foods fresh.

Great food! I normally get Indian food but tried something different this time. Surti gotalo was a great dish (has eggs in it). Chole was also great. Would come back again!

If there was a 0, I’d be checking that box for a review. Be sure to check your order before you leave. Ordered 3 dabelis, 2 vada pav, and 1 bhel puri. Dabelis has no peanuts despite requesting the lady to put peanuts. Vada pav was just potato filling and not a vada. Bhel puri completely dry despite requesting the lady to put some more chutney. She did give me extra chutney but it certainly tasted stale. They’ll keep ensuring you your order is correct but fail to listen to the customer. Quality has definitely decreased significantly!
