The food was not bad, but the service definitely was. They show preference for the customers they know and treat others like trash. My husband and I swore NEVER to buy food from there ever again after an incident we had last year. We were waiting in line to order when one of their employees skipped us for another client, who they knew but who was standing behind us in the line. She then skipped us one more time for another customer until my husband spoke up. They tried to make fun of my husband's weight and asked him if he was that hungry that he couldn't wait, we walked out... and never EVER again will we go back.

I’ve been buying food from this restaurant for a few years and they have never disappointed until now. I called an order in for pickup and when I arrived at home, they forgot items from my order. I went back to get the items and when I was going to eat, the empanadas were old, hard, cold, and the meat was gray. I also purchased mangu which was sticky and also old. I was given 4 small pieces of longaniza with my order which totaled $33. I know food prices are high and I don’t mind paying more than I used to l, however, the quality was terrible and I didn’t even get 1/4 of the food I usually get. I’m not sure if there is new staff, but it was a huge change and I won’t be returning!

Just ordered chicharron con yuca. What a rip off; the plate was all just yuca and like 4 pieces of chicharron even with bone and dry old looking, definitely not fresh. I got some pollo guisado for my husband and it was bland and tasteless and they sent literally the worst pieces. Idk what hAppened today, I feel I was sent leftovers and they took my money from me

I've been here a couple of times for dinner today I went for lunch and the food was awful the empanada I bought smelled spoiled and it was VERY salty the rice wasn't done. I'm highly disappointed I also bought for my mom and dad and they said it didn't taste well

The food is good and at a good price. Sometimes. The food I ordered came in late and one of the items were missing and I ordered 3 beef empanadas and 2 chicken and they were all either beef or the flavors were just so similar it really doesn't matter which one you get.

The food is always fresh here. I always notice them keeping the place clean and tidying up and that is refreshing to see. I have been here quite a few times and the food is always fresh not second day. It's perfect for take-out or eat in even though it's a small place. The god quality of food makes up for the small space. I love it here. Favorite place to go when I do not want to cook. Prices are average and nothing crazy.
