Ordered a online exclusive order and went to pick it up. Drive thru was open and these entitled people who somehow still work here made me get out of my car and walk up to get my food at the window in the freezing cold. I’m a small girl in my 20’s at 11 pm, in not the best part of town and this was absolutely absurd.
the chicken was burned
coleslaw was cold
terrible service...jus terrible
omgness.....they jus lost a forever customer....I've eaten chicken from Kentucky all my 69 years and this was the worst I've ever ever had.
