They don’t close at 12AM, they lying ! Had to cancel orders because they claim closing time is at 11:30PM. It was an elder lady and a tall skinny Hispanic kid. Don’t order from uber eats/grub hub/door dash, they will NOT have your food ready. DONT waste your time ordering at night here.

I ordered online for the first time today. My order was supposed to consist of 15 nuggets, if we had 10 maybe we were lucky. They also had hair in them. I called the restaurant to advise of this as well as all my sauces being missing; no one cared to pick up their phone. This is the first and most definitely the last time. I will order from here.

It’s in Passaic New Jersey. That should say a lot as it is 16 piece chicken $55 a bunch of burnt legs and thighs no white meat at all and they won’t pick up their phone call. This is when you deal with ghetto trash avoid this Kentucky Fried chicken at all cost. We’re probably eating rats who knows

I ordered dinner two nights in a row for a friend and both nights the chicken came dried out and hard. There is nowhere to complain about it when you order through DoorDash. I will never order from the store again and I hope no one else does. They’re taking advantage of people having their food delivered and having no recourse.

I have been coming here a few times this past month and just see a gentle man working by himself, no help. This requires more than just 1 employee, please staff people or give him a raise as he deserves it. This place gets full fast and he was able to take care of it .
