We made a reservation but when we arrived the table wasn't ready, they host was not aware of our the notes I had entered with my request, then we were thrown to the very last table by the kitchen and exit door like they were not ready to accommodate us. We were only 5 people in our table. The server was not paying attention to us. We even had to talk to the guys inside the kitchen to look for our waiter, multiple times - including the time to ask for the check and to ask for her to come back to process the payment. We made the reservation for a Saturday at 8:30 pm. The food was ok, the portions were good. The flavor was ok. A bit overpriced for the quality and presentation. The music was too loud that you could barely have a conversation. The ladies restroom had only one toilet working. The other two, one was out of service and the other was very dirty with 🤮

Great food, good serving size. Very pleasant staff and great service. We went for dinner, the music is too loud we couldn't have a conversation.

We got here at 5 pm and were seated right away but waited 15 minutes for someone to come and take drink orders. Waited about another 30 to get the drinks to us. In this time no one came back to take our food order even after we've tried to flag down the waitress multiple times. We were pretty much forgotten most of our time here. Service took so long we've been here over 2 hours (still here as I write this). Food order finally went in a came out in about 20 minutes was good but by the time it got to us it was lukewarm warm. As if it was sitting there. Then we were done with food. No one came to check on us again. Had to flag someone down for Togo boxes....theres more. Dessert. We came here for my moms bday we put that on the reservation. We ordered dessert and were waiting 45 minutes....they did sing happy birthday. Then the bill came. They charge a fee to just sing happy birthday $17!!. Tip was automatically included bc we were a group of 6 but tbh if we could I'd leave zero tip. And to add it was not packed at all! At some points we were the only table on the second floor. And when people were seated there they were served far faster than we were and even were out of there before us. Experience was ridiculous
Made reservations for Mother's Day, when we arrived they said that we would have to wait over an hour, did not appreciate the snotty attitude of staff, ruined our Mother's Day

Food was good but the service was subpar! Music was amazing so it helped balance out the negatives!! Our waiter was great but we had to keep checking in on him of our needs

We had a table for 20 people, the food was not served at the same time. They missed items and some of the plates were cold. They did apologize for that inconvenient. Drinks were ok but overpriced. And also they charged for guacamole and chips that they brought at the beginning of the reservation without asking us. They had cups that are for sale which they brought the drinks and tell us after so for example for one cup of horchata in that cup was 20$ instead of being 7$. We paid for the service and everything but after I realized I was charged for like 3 items we didn't order. I don't know if that night was overbooked or something but they were running crazy like for food it took almost 1:30 hour to get on the table and the disappointment was it was cold and like I said served in parts . The only thing we enjoyed was dj music live.

The food was excellent, but we brought a cake for a birthday dinner and they took the cake to sing happy birthday to somebody else. The surprise was ruined and the place where they placed the cake it was hot because it was melting. After we sang happy birthday we asked for the box to put the cake, but they told us that they had to throw it away because it was ruined with sauce plus they never used the candle that was with the cake. The service was good and the food too.
