We made a reservation but when we arrived the table wasn't ready, they host was not aware of our the notes I had entered with my request, then we were thrown to the very last table by the kitchen and exit door like they were not ready to accommodate us. We were only 5 people in our table. The server was not paying attention to us. We even had to talk to the guys inside the kitchen to look for our waiter, multiple times - including the time to ask for the check and to ask...

We got here at 5 pm and were seated right away but waited 15 minutes for someone to come and take drink orders. Waited about another 30 to get the drinks to us. In this time no one came back to take our food order even after we've tried to flag down the waitress multiple times. We were pretty much forgotten most of our time here. We had a table for 20 people, the food was not served at the same time. They missed items and some of the plates were cold. They did apologize for that inconvenient. Drinks were ok but overpriced. And also they charged for guacamole and chips that they brought at the beginning of the reservation without asking us. They had cups that are for sale which they brought the drinks and tell us after so for example for one cup of horchata in that cup was 20$ instead of being 7$. We paid...
