I called 4 times to put in an order for pick up and no one answered. I had to go in personally and place the order and then wait 30 minutes for my pizzas..I was very upset.

Ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza. Or a loaf of bread. Barely any cheeze or sauce it looks nice and full but once u look at a slice by itself it’s just a thick piece of bread. 10$ for bread I work very hard. They dress it up to look nice but once u dig in then u know what’s really going on. Dry barely any sauce on it very stingy with ingredients the one on west broadway in Paterson is way better and give you what you pay for. Shame on the cook for thinking this was acceptable. The workers don’t loose their check for making the pizzas right someone must be telling them to make it that way. It’s not like the cost of ingredients is coming out anyone’s check. Shame would you serve it to your children? Need a new owner asap. West broadway would never. 2 stars because I didn’t have to wait long.

I love Little Ceasars so it's hard for me to have a poor experience as far as the food is concerned. However, I arrived after the lunch special had expired and the lady who served me was able to suggest a very good substitute which I enjoyed.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place sucks. Food arrived 40 minutes late, cold and greasy. The guy didn’t even have an insulated bag. They got the soda wrong too.called customer service and could not get any help. Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst Employee ever!!!! There is a Spanish lady that works there that have no work ethic no professionalism she should not be a cashier. This lady is Very RUDE she doesn’t not like her job or a people person so Rude to her customers like she was to me OMG!! She should not be the front person of anything. If I came with a rude or nasty attitude I would understand her attitude but no this lady either she didn’t understand me so I spoke Spanish to her and told her they didn’t give the correct change to my son he gave $15 to a $10 pizza they gave him no change back she was totally rude like I was stealing from her or lying for $5 and when I ask for the Manager she said I was going crazy lol she said on quote are u alright from your head 😳 now I got mad and said “Lady you saw the type of car Im driving I told her Is not a cheap Jeep Does it look like I need to be lying please (show her what I work for😊)” Anyways this Lady doesn’t need to be working as a cashier my son will not be going there again and if manager doesn’t tell her nothing I will still report her with headquarters of lil Caesar even if this is a Franchise or what ever it is I was a cashier long time agoooooo and never treat customers like this lady did and never ate in front of customers either omg the odyssey of this Lady.

I ordered 2 pretzel stuffed crust with cheese sauce and pepperoni and was extremely disappointed when I only got the stuffed crust regular and no cheese sauce. Had to drive 40 minutes to get this. Not acceptable!
The food was overcooked and then allowed to get cold since they didn't put it in the warmer. I showed up well before the app told me the food was ready, but since my order wasn't in the warmer, I went back outside to wait. I checked again three times before I was finally acknowledged (no, there was no line) and handed an order over thirty minutes old that has never been put in the warmer despite the app giving me a pickup number. When I asked for it to be remade, they refused and became extremely rude. I should also mention that the store was dirty both inside and out. Just don't get food here. The food is poorly made, and the employees are inept and rude, and they should absolutely NOT be working in the service industry.

I love the pizza but the service is horrible the cashier barely speaks English there is no place to sit and wait and there was nobody in the store and it still took 45 minutes to make my small pizza very dissatisfied

It looks super sketchy at night. Super dark the businesses around it seemed abandoned at 7 pm. I almost thought no one was there when I walked in. Then the one guy working there popped out and gave me my order. So no complaints there. I haven't had little Caesars since I was a kid and it wasn't memorable and it still isn't. Wouldn't throw it out but probably won't get it again.
