This place is the absolute worst. The service is horrible the food is mediocre. To begin, the delivery is very slow. It takes them over an hour to deliver your food. By the time you get your food it needs to be reheated.

Yesterday 4/3/25 I called in to order delivery. I ordered the Buy One get One 1/2 Off MEAL. Chicken wings (4) and Shrimp fried rice. Which is 2 orders (meals). The lady who took the call didn't even know what I was talking about.

She told me she had to ask the manager. She came back and said okay, then ask for my order. I replied this special Buy 1 Get 1 1/2 Off is on your menu. She replied she had to make sure. Why would you have to make sure about something that's on your menu.

I called them to advise them they didn't give me the shrimp fried rice for my 2nd order. They told me it was only chicken that come with the order. I had to advise them actually fight with them that it was there special on there menu. After a battle of what was on their menu they finally said they will send me the missing shrimp fried rice as if they were doing me a favor.

I was asked to pay a delivery fee for a mistake they made. When my food finally came after again over an hour. It was not the right order. They gave me shrimp fried rice with onions and bean sprouts which I ask to not to put in my rice.

I'm allergic, I told this to the delivery guy and he told he couldn't help me because my behavior was unfriendly. Which I didn't do anything but ask to let me check my food to find out they messed up my order that they made a mistake from the beginning.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!!

Slow delivery aside, this review is based on the food. Sad my old Chinese spot closed , was looking for a new one. Got dumplings , sweet & sour chicken, egg drop wonton soup & veggie lo mein. Dumplings were the best but undercooked. Chicken was chewy, only a couple pieces with a ton of rice, same thing with lo mein. Tons of dry noodles no veggies. Soup was super bland. I know this is a small detail, but we didn’t even get fortune cookies! That’s a small detail I kind of look forward to, I felt it showed how cheap the restaurant was to skip out on small things like this. The search for a new local Chinese spot continues .

Ordered online directly from their website, took them over an hour and a half to get here! Food was cold, serving size small for the price they charge! Customer service is horrible when you call to the restaurant! Ribs were hard and not completely cooked. No receipt with my order either! Supposedly the order of ribs bring 4, ONLY 3 in the package, messy and sloppy. Seems like they make up excuses to try and "fix" the problem but they never resolve the issue! Will never be ordering from there again! Horrible!!

Ever since we moved to the area this has been the place we go to. Good food and have never had a problem with the owners/staff until tonight unfortunately. Took over an hour for our delivery when we live only 5 minutes away.
They had to remake Everything. I can't have shrimp while I'm pregnant when I ordered a chicken dish. I was yelled and screamed at, because when I asked about a refund on all the fees and tip, they refused to give us the convenience fee, delivery fee and tip back on the card, after we had to come bring the food back and wait for our order all over again. Even customers sitting there were disgusted at the way I was treated even after I was patient and understanding. Recorded the whole incident but cannot upload videos.
When asked if he spoke to his wife that way, he became silent.
When I stated if my husband was here he would have never treated me that way in front of my husband and he laughed and screamed at me to "go go go go go" as he laughed in my face.

Disgusting behavior and customer service. Actually stayed if I was to dine in the food would have been "beautiful" but again not the point. The whole order was wrong, completely cold and missing items.

Food may be good but the quality of service makes the whole experience horrible. Not going back again.

Do not order for delivery! Upon delivery they wouldn’t let me pay for the order with card (when I ordered they said I could) and I was on phone with rest. And delivery service for over an hour. My food was cold and I had to pay in full. Awful awful

This is some mockery. I like General Tso's chicken. But this is a total failure. I don't understand how people can be robbed like that by selling balls of dough in sauce with rice. Terrible, close it or change the owner. A terribly political place "just take something and nothing from yourself"

I ordered the BOGO General Cho and received chicken with broccoli instead and when I called and let them know they were dismissive and didn’t even want to correct the issue. They tell you to call with issues but when I did they didn’t even bother to correct it.

Only posting this because, I complained about the delivery driver preparing my food after coming from outside. I noticed him dig in his nose and continue to handle the food. I told the lady at the counter what I witnessed. She lied and gave me the soup I told her I didn't want because I saw him take his nasty hand and stick it in the noodles. She ignored my request for a refund and gave me the same nasty bowl of soup.

Ordered from Uber for the BOGO deal. Food was disgusting. The chicken in the chicken and broccoli was gooey and disintegrating. I can’t see how anyone could stomach that texture. My partner ordered dumplings which were flavorless and soggy. The only part of the meal we enjoyed were the crispy noods.
