This place catered a simcha for us in the past, so when we found ourselves in the area and hungry, we figured we'd stop in. That was a mistake.
We were warned that food would take 15-25 mins. After about 40min of waiting we noticed other families weren't taking it anymore and grabbing anything available in the pre-made area just to feed their kids. We had to do the same. In the end, It took over an hour to get our food.
Was it fresh? No, despite the fact that they were apparently busy, sandwiches tasted old, and the bread, stale.
Was the chicken juicy? Nope, dry.
And the portions? Disappointingly small.
The burger was fine though, so at least there's that.
The whole experience left us very disappointed.
Conclusion; they're good for catering but the dine in experience is awful.
