I went to this place to pick up my order. The cashier was friendly, but when I approached her to ask about my order, the woman serving the food yelled at me from a distance, asking why I wasn’t talking to her instead. That was unnecessary and unprofessional — if customers aren’t supposed to ask the cashier, then what’s the purpose of the pickup counter? Terrible customer service.

First and last time I order from this place. Ordered a Dominican Breakfast and 2 beef empanadas.
1 hrs later I just get 2 salty as hell, not much beef, an oily empanadas.
They had my phone number and email but no one try to contact me to let me know that Dominican Restaurant didn't have Mangu so without calling me they decided to send me just the empanadas. Now I have to wait 5 days for a refund.

Food is auwsome, food should be hot at lunchtime and is usually lukewarm or cold and I have to reheat other than that. Great food, just needs to be Hot, especially at lunchtime.

The chubby lady is foul-mouthed and you can't even eat there because the heat is unbearable. They should make the customer more comfortable.
Great authentic Dominican taste. Pleasant server ?. Parking was a miss. it's a street parking kinda place, but other than that it was good.
