I dont wanna be that guy who complains about a mcdonalds of all things but I went to this mcdonalds around 9ish pm to get some food (obviously). I ordered, all was until it came to drink flavor where I was then given a completely different flavor than asked, didnt give me my sandwich and require me to recount the entire order that was for 3 people. The lady then didnt understand anything I said even when I said it in both English and Spanish and she gave unnecessary attitude. She didnt even give me the correct sandwich but I didn't want to deal with her.

I always take the drive thru, and always is a good service, today I when inside, the guy on the front register, was so rude. I belive he is like a manager cause he was wearing like a red or burgundy sweater.. no a good costumer service

Everything is great except for ordering two large shakes.there was almost no chocolate in the chocolate shakes. It looks like they are skimping on the chocolate syrups to save money but we are sure as he'll paying for it. 4 cheese burgers and two large shakes were 25 bucks. Look what covid and raising minimum wage did for us.
Workers just don’t care about their job clueless not paying attention to what they are doing floor manager don’t have no control over situation that happens inside

Sometimes you get your condiments. More often you don’t get condiments. You have to check your order and verify that the condiments are included.
It sucks when you get to your destination and get ready to eat only to find out your chicken strips didn’t arrive with their sauces. No ketchup packets for the fries either.
This happened to me Friday night going on Saturday morning. I like this McDonald’s cause it’s new and they really are on point with the quality control of the food and prices. Better than the one on Central and Main st. Passaic.
In conclusion, check your order.
