New and much better, price wise then the mcdonalds on central ave. But the drive thru is terrible just terrible. U wait 10 to sometimes 15 min while people who ordered after you get there food. Not a good business tactic mcdonalds. Besides waiting they get order wrong all the time. It SEEMS TO BE CORPORATE POLICY THAT EVERY MCDONALDS serves WARM (not hot) food now. The food here is good but This McDonalds can be better if the Mgrs. are not friends with the workers and stop allowing everyone to be on cell phones all day. Maybe they will began to get orders correct.they have 1 person working both drive thrus

I worked at Wendy's some years ago and completely understand the atmosphere of working at a fast food place. We make mistakes and overall might just be having a bad day.I've been on a losing streak with this spot though. Since last year, there's always been one or two items missing from my order. I would understand every once in a while but consistently?Wait time isn't an issue for me. I'll wait the extra 10 minutes or whatever. But to make me wait and still be missing an item from my order?

Mc donals is a place that I love very much. But I've ordered from this location a few times and it was never as good as the others. And they always make it cold. They also didn't include the sauces I paid for. This happened 4 times and I will never eat from here

Don't know what's going on with McDonald's and simple orders. I ordered the 2/3.99 spicy mcchicken and nuggets and a side order of medium fries. This McDonald's had 2 windows where they were pushing each passenger up to the next window which didn't have any workers at the window but the expectation was that when my order was ready, someone would walk up and hand it to me so I could drive back 2 hours to PA.I WAITED and waited and waited and seeing multiple clients get their food behind me at the first window, I honked a few times to ensure they didn't forget my order.After 10 minutes of waiting, I parked and went inside. I asked one of the 4 managers in the store to help me get a refund because apparently they had given my food to someone else. A manager named Angel, who was an actual malevolent individual who made me wait 10 minutes and it wasn't until a female Latina worker who felt sorry for me as she knew what had happened helped me by bringing my refund.It was $2 extra, which I returned, thanked her, and went to a Wendy's before jumping on the highway.A terrible place to work and eatGood luck if yoy go in here for food

I don’t understand the reviews for this establishment. Fresh food-this place rarely makes mistakes with orders.Customer service is excellent and it’s clean inside. Drive-through is normal business flow like others. This location deserves the credit it definitely deserves. From management to just workers that prepare food etc.Whether it’s ice coffee or food, nothing is stale or outdated taste wise. I’m usually here once or twice a week because I live a couple blocks away, possibly more times a week. So that should tell you something that if they stay consistent that means these reviews are off.Great McDonald’s hands-down- Better than at least a dozen other locations in the surrounding area within the surrounding towns. Not only that their fries are much better compared to before.Thank you guys keep up the good work everybody!!!

Do not support this McDonalds the manger and service is the worst. They actually have a hustle going with A-1 Parking. They tow cars out of the public lot. There is no signage to distinguish between other retailers and McD's. My wife and kids parked in an unmarked spot and went to a store and came out and the car was gone. The manager Juan proceeded to chastise and argue with my wife and was slow in giving tow company info. This is not the customer service they should be focused on it cost $300 and A-1 are straight A-1s. Never again McDonalds lost us for good.Get it together.
