Very bad experience with a woman who serves there, apparently she is Guatemalan, very bad attitude of the person, those people are the ones who run away from the clientele when charging me, she was very despotic????

The tamales used to be the best in passaic. But now they are ok! My favorite tho is their breakfast sandwiches!! For $8 you can't beat that. Especially the chorizo con huevo !! Top

incredible tamales verdes, it's the only kind of tamale I really like so it's one I'm especially picky about and in all of passaic I have to say these are the best I've had. they were even good cold!!! the masa was smooth, not grainy at all, it was cooked all the way through and stuffed with nicely shredded chicken and a salsa verde that wasn't too spicy or too bland! I have to say it really was one of the best ones I've eaten and though I don't branch out in flavors I'll definitly think of trying some of the other types of tamales they have!

The service is a little bad, I have ordered several times but 3 times the orders were always taken poorly.

I found this place on Yelp because the $1.50 tacos caught my eye. So, we ordered a bunch of tacos for pick up on a Friday at around 5 pm. The tacos are now $2, but that’s still really cheap. It’s almost Mexico City prices, so can’t complain there. It seems like an authentic Mexican place because they had more than just your standard chicken, beef, and chorizo. They had all the offals, which is rare to see - especially at this price. We had the al pastor, lengua, buche (pork stomach), cabeza, tripa, suadero. Most of the tacos were fine, though the suadero was dry. The al pastor was good but some pineapple could have put this over the top. But the star of the show was the tripa. I think they must fry it or something, because there were crispy bits in it, which really made the taco. At least, we thought it was tripe since we couldn’t really tell what was what just by looking - but came to tripe as a process of elimination. I’ll be back to make sure it indeed was the tripe, and next time, I’ll be trying the ear, and pork skin tacos! Tip - they don’t tell you this, but if you use credit card, there’s a processing fee - which I found out after the fact.
