We ordered a dish, they made us wait a long time, more customers arrived, they were served quickly and a friendly boy arrived and informed us that they had forgotten our order. I do not recommend this place, terrible service.
The attention on the part of the girls leaves a lot to be desired, I asked to contact the manager to tell him that the dish was in poor condition, I asked for pernil and they brought me 1 pound of fat with 1 tortilla and 1/2 pound of mote 1 onion cut into large pieces and then they told me that it was my fault for not having ordered as it usually comes (I ordered without rice, and with the salad on the side). Additionally, we requested an encebollado with super hard, inedible yucas and they covered each other and they did not allow me to talk to him, they made fun of the customers' complaints. I called and it was a waste of time where they told me that for the price of the dish I couldn't even demand that the food be good. I am very sorry for the owner, unfortunately the people who work for him greatly damage the image of his business.

The Encebollado was terrible so oily barely any fish and was just so plain. Where’s the cilantro? Must be from another part of Ecuador cause it was just so different then anything I ever tasted, the seco de pollo did not taste like it as well. Only thing I can recommend was their empanadas. Ordered a carrot and oj juice and all I got was carrot. Just a bad experience sorry

In the yapingacho they only give one potato, at least two, right?

The food here is amazing and the price is decent. My favorite is the soup and the fried fish. There is not much parking outside because it’s on the avenue. There is space to eat inside for a small group of 4. The service in taking orders could be better, sometimes the server takes long to get the food out to customers even if you called ahead of time.

The service is terrible, they don't know how to respect the shifts of the clients served, the truth is the lack of courtesy of the waitresses is a shame. And given this experience it is not recommended to go.

Great attention, neat place, excellent food. You won't regret it, don't forget to leave your tip to the waitresses, as this is not included, and it helps the staff a lot because they deserve it.
