I’m not usually one to leave poor reviews, however - if you are planning to order from here for the HOLIDAYS I would reconsider it. I waited an hour and a half for a pre-ordered Christmas Eve meal for my holiday party that I had ordered a month ago right after Thanksgiving. Pickup was scheduled for 2 pm, we arrived at 2 pm, checked in at the register and waited until 3:30 for our food to be ready even AFTER I had called the day before to make sure that our food would be ready AT 2 since I was driving about 30+ minutes to pick it up. I’m no stranger to a wait, even with pickup. I would’ve been alright waiting 30 minutes, but an hour and a half is absurd.

There was a lack of urgency and organization from the staff. People were receiving incorrect orders or missing orders after they had already left. It seemed no one really knew what they were assigned to.

After waiting for an hour we had received 6/9 meals we had pre-ordered and watched the 3 dishes we were missing getting given away. Every time I checked in for our 3 missing dishes they kept telling us 15 minutes - that happened 3 times! They kept telling us 15 minutes and then it ended up being 45 which was quite frustrating.

The line for pickups kept building and none of the food was cooked or ready. You could tell the staff were overwhelmed, but at certain point you have to understand that if you can’t handle that many orders, it may be best not to accept them.

I’m sure this restaurant is great on other days, but not for the holidays.

Small grocery with eatery in the 2nd floor rear. The silogs are usually already ready and laid out. The rice that comes with them is like a mixed veggie rice, not my cup of tea. Fried fish options are usually bountiful. My SO always gets their sisig. They carry bakery items like ube pandesal, Spanish bread, and ensaymada. The grocery options are good and strong variety for typical Filipino items but the entire store is on the pricier side. Seating in option is not very accessible as they are usually preparing orders there.

Had no idea this place was here but so happy to have found it! A combo of rice and 2 meats for 11.99 can’t be beat! And the flavor is even better than the price! I’m so glad this place is five minutes from my house I will be back more than once in a week!

Had a family gathering and ordered from Phil Trade Food Center. Every dish was very good. And for Filipino food not salty at all.

Just watch out and check your food when ordering food trays. Twice they gave me the wrong tray. I paid for sisig but I came home with beff steak. Food can be hit or miss.

Place is always packed when picking up food on holiday Eve. Long line to pick up, long line to pay downstairs. Food is good though.
