I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering online for delivery. Believe the reviews. They’re right. Avoid ordering from this location. My pizza arrived cold. I asked for extra pepperonis and it’s stated in my receipt , yet they gave the bare minimum. There’s hardly any sauce on this pie. It’s dry, thin & stale. By far the worst pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Last I remembered, the pies in Pizza Hut were made fluffy and crunchy. This was literally paper thin & not to mention, who the hell thought it was smart to throw the receipt INSIDE the pizza box??!?! Inside the pizza box where the food is secured?!?! That’s a safety concern. Applying recipes paper that’s usually covered in dust and finding it in a pizza box where the pizza is practically contaminating the food with germs and god knows what else.

Waited nearly an hour for the food, amidst 20 other angry customers. Constant lies about "8-9 more minutes" when the food wasn't even prepped or in the oven. Dirty floors and receipts strewn all over the floor, delivery guys openly eating food and drinks at the front counter next to the wing prep station. Workers chit-chatting about britday plans the following week and drinking red bull instead of getting orders done. When the pizza FINALLY came out, there was barely enough toppings to cover the pie, let alone for the super supreme (extra toppings) that I had ordered. Terrible staff, poor planning, dirty environment. Avoid this location or Pizza Hut as a whole.

I don’t know how this place is open! Whoever is running this place needs to be fired asap! Not once but twice I order from here and both times my request on my pies are never fulfilled. I request two toppings simple only get 1 of them on each pie. 1 pie has no sauce the other they burnt the pepperonis to a crisp and still had the audacity to send it to me! If I wanted burnt crisp dark pepperoni on my pie I would have requested that. When I called to complain and get my refund for this nonsense I’m greeted with attitude and was hanged up on. Horrible establishment.
