"My experience at this restaurant has been excellent, but I must say that there is a noticeable difference between the food on Wednesday and that on Monday. I have visited the restaurant on different days of the week and have found that the dishes served on Wednesdays are definitely more fresh, tasty and well presented compared to Monday's I'm not sure if it's the availability of fresh ingredients or the skill of the chef, but it's undeniable that Wednesday...

I found myself in Passaic for the first time, and desperately needed some food. Los Gueros is a small local taqueria chain (I usually avoid chains but this has only something like 8 locations so gave it a go) Sure I’ve had better tacos. But I’ve also had MANY worse tacos. The pastor with the spicy red salsa (the perfect amount of kick to this salsa) were exactly what I wanted along with some Agua de Jamaica. I’d like to explore other places if I ever find myself back in...
