Whoever was working at 9:49 PM on Thursday, November 13th should be FIRED. Our entire order was wrong. We received no chili, the wrong drink, the wrong ice cream without even knowing if I’m allergic to Oreo, the fries were awful, and the burger tasted terrible. I mean at this point it feels intentional and personal. This is extremely frustrating and upsetting, especially considering the amount of money we spent on delivery. It’s unbelievable—were they even paying attention, or were they under the influence? I’ve never experienced anything like this in customer service. I’ll be reporting it to corporate first thing in the morning.

I've been waiting days for a call from the store to receive a refund. Corporate keeps saying just wait another day.
I had a terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and several items from my order were missing. Overall, very poor service — I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Good service great burgers
Very skimpy on the condiments. Had an attitude the entire time. Soda machine broken so we couldn't get refills. Don't plan to go again.

Spent nearly 30 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru just for rude Costomer service and cold food. This is not the first time this location has shown poor leadership. The general manager herself handed me expired coffee on a separate occasion when I asked for fresh coffee ( it was slow that day). Hire new management .
