I ordered a bacon double stack and a chicken blt biggie bag. The fries, nuggets and both sandwiches were cold as ice you could literally bend the fries like rubber it was absolutely disgusting. Would not order from this Wendy’s again. What a waste of Money.

I’ve given this Wendy’s location multiple chances, but unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. During my recent visit, I was served a chicken sandwich with undercooked, rubbery chicken, which was concerning. Additionally, the service was slow, and order accuracy seems to be an ongoing issue. Given these recurring problems, I can’t recommend dining at this location.

The quality is of the food is definitely wendy’s, however my issue lies with the staff. the drive through is currently broken(if you know this man report him to the police), and the staff seem like they care and want to provide good service but aren’t given the time to provide good service

The manager in the afternoon does not know how to respond to customers rudeness and bad management I am a business manager and it is not the way to treat customers he stays talking in the kitchen with the employees and ignores the service that corresponds to him for a long time more than 10 customers left the plaza for the same reason because he starts arguing with customers

DISGUSTING The bathroom had pee everywhere. They dont check it at all. They got confused with the order and the idiotc teenager at the counter started yelling at my father when we asked for the correct order. Another girl joined that. The only one who managed the situation properly was an older woman. Its just doble checking and giving a bag. Whats wrong with these people’s heads. The costumer service might had been the worst I ever experienced. Very rude, unhelpful and unpolite.
