I really wanted to like this place. I went 2 weeks ago and got classic ribs with rice and beans. Everything was so perfect and delicious, I was instantly hooked. I went back a few days later and tried the BBQ ribs, white rice, beans and chicaron. The chicaron skin was soft but overall tasted ok. The ribs were really tough this time. I couldn't eat the first 3 and last 3 ribs! The sauce was right out of the bottle and definitely not baked on. I went back yesterday and nicely...
I wanted to eat something good for dinner so I came back to YC Ribs. The barbecue ribs are so good. Wife had the Mofongo with Skirt steak. She said it was very good. The service is great and the food comes out pretty fast. Great place to have good food.
This place is outstanding. First time there as I saw some IG videos of this place. The location is at Saddle Brook Mall (at least that's what I call it). Plenty of parking. It was clean outside and inside. The atmosphere was modern with plenty of 4 seating at a table for the room it had. It did not have Dominican souvenirs all over. Now the food.
