The kunafa did not taste good at all. The staff member present was not welcoming, it felt like he didn’t want to engage or serve us, and his attitude was far from kind. The atmosphere was also uninviting, and our table wasn’t clean when we arrived, despite the place being empty. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be returning.
I travel across the country to buy it’s kanafah

Excellent and delicious selection of Palestinian and Middle Eastern Sweets. They also have perfect pre-packaged sweets that are great for any occasion and if you are traveling.

I live in New York. Each time I go to Al Basha restaurant, it is a must for me to go and buy Kunafa at this place. It is the best one I have ever tried. Also, bought other sweets, they were delicious. I was reading the reviews and it is sad most of them talk about the bad service. I have never experienced any bad attitude from the people who work there.

Really odd that they went to a fixed price as opposed to charging per lb for the Knafa. 3 small pieces that didn’t fill the tray. Price per lb is the correct way. If you’re charging a fixed price, then the pieces have to be standard sizes.

Employees very rude, bought some sweets then had to use restroom, no soap in restrooms, I ask one of employees they say I’m not a public servant no more soap. Like what did I say, bought stuff and ask for soap, no soap and on top being rude about it no more soap and not a public servant statements. Even serving customers they were rude.
