Food was ok, beef shawarma is way better then chicken one, best way not to wait is to order at the front and go inside with the food

I waited more than twenty-five minutes to get my shawarma sandwich.
This is now the second time my order has come out incomplete. Even after I specifically called and spoke to the lady to remind her to double-check and make sure everything was included, they still forgot items. It’s really disappointing to have to keep following up for something that should be simple. Consistency and attention to detail need major improvement.

Wait times were horrible. Kinda of crazy because the food tasted as if it was made hours earlier. The lady at register was rude
food is good but they take so much time to get it ready it toke them about 20 minutes and more

Really good shawarma, definitely worth a try if you are in NJ. There is also a sit down area in the back but you have to tell them you want to dine in and sit over there. Everything is also halal.

The small Shwarma got the Khaboos bread (Dubai style pita), which is what I get all the time and I always try for this even if it cost to be 50 minutes one way.
It’s worth the drive, that’s what I eat is extremely soulful. 🙏🏻❤️😇
Stomach pain after eating the food they sold me, something that’s been sitting there for hours, waiting for the next customer they can sell it to. Both the chicken and beef were completely off. They just had a couple of premade Shawarma’s sitting on the grill that they warm up when someone walks in during slow hours

Restaurantji Recommends
Shawarma is ok, nothing special, the fries used to be the best on main st, not anymore, I guess they changed it and now it's like the fries every where else, if they don't bring the old fries back they will lose some business for sure.

This is the best shawarma in the tris state area. I drive to this place from East Harlem in Manhattan almost twice a month. I like their chicken shawarma so much. Also their French fries are delicious.
The restaurant has a great seating area downstairs and it is family friendly.
Their home-made white ice cream with pistachio is so tasty. Also, the other desserts they serve are so mummy. Great place to eat with the family.

They run out of beef shawarma pretty early in the day, so if you want beef, go early. Great shawarma, highly recommend.

I had high hopes for this Middle Eastern restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The food was served cold, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told they would remake it. However, they didn’t follow through, and we ended up waiting over an hour and a half. When the food finally arrived, the shawarma was the worst I’ve ever had in the U.S. Poor customer service and lack of follow-through made this visit very frustrating. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve its service and food quality.
