Stroctly tiktok famous because of how they grill their rolls maybe? But taste was sub-subpar, there was no flavor in the meat, it was dry, shawarma had minimum toppings (a piece of american pickle and a bland tasting white sauce) and the wait time was insane. Don't blame them for the last one though, we the people, did it to them, to us.

Visited Alkumah to try the Viral Crunchy Shawarma wrap and it definitely did not disappoint! The sweet sauce on it provided a tangy flavor that complimented the wrap. It was super filling and I was full before I finished eating it. The crunchiness of the wrap was just perfect and it was still hot and toasty as I ate it. Highly recommend a visit!
Absolutely the best chicken shawarma I’ve had. The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Every bite was so good and fresh, you can tell they really know what they’re doing here. The seasoning was on point and the texture was perfect not dry at all. If you’re in Paterson, Al Kumah is a must. I’ll definitely be coming back again

If you’re looking to try the viral crispy shawarma, please find another place. I went here with my family and I really wanted to like this location but just couldn’t. The chicken by itself was alright, but the crispy shawarma was greasy, the fries were soggy and the food just wasn’t that great. The people there had some bad attitude too, I’m hoping they don’t know how to count because the alternative is that they are doing this on purpose, but the prices on the physical menu of the restaurant is less than what we have been charged. We ended up paying almost 5-10 dollars more than what we were led to believe, We had to argue with the owner about it and it was overall not a good experience. I will definitely be finding another place to get my shawarma from.
