The pita is still warm from the oven. Beautiful soft pillows of perfection. The hummus is freshly made here and delicious too. Get a package of both and just start eating. Worth a trip to Paterson. The staff is always so kind and pleasant too.
I visited Ameer Bakery on my own and had such a great experience. I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the items, but the staff was super helpful and took the time to explain everything. Their kindness really stood out. I tried a few Palestinian pastries, and the baklava was absolutely amazing—fresh, perfectly sweet, and full of flavor. I was working down the road on a hot day and stoped in to grab a drink. They had a great selection of foods and drinks all for a fair price. The man working the counter allowed me to grab my drinks for free dispite me offering to pay. Generosity like that is rare to find and greatly appretiated! If i am ever back in the area this bakery is on the top of my lists to stop by if i need lunch.
