Never get the order correct. Use inferior products, very poor customer service. And yes rude, they think they are doing the customer a favor by placing an order!!! And refuse to let customer speak with management!! This diner use to be an institution in paterson,NJ!!+ UT HAS FAILED IN ALL CARAGORIES!!!! DO NOT EAT THERE!!!

Everyday the prices go up and down. There’s no way that an egg and cheese sandwich cost almost $9 on wheat toast. It’s always homeless people in there begging while you’re eating. The owners wife is always jacking the prices up. If you don’t eat meat you gotta worry about your eggs tasting like bacon…like it’s freaking horrible. Oh did I forget it’s a freaking fight to get inside whether it’s the people begging for change outside the place or the illegal stuff going on in front of the place. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Wayyyyy overpriced, and this is coming from someone from NYC. The food was not worth the money. Customer service was bare, as if they didn't want to be bothered. French toast barely had any taste, bacon seemed old from the previous day, chicken tasted like it came frozen from a box, grits had a thin layer of cheese on top and nothing mixed in. First and last visit.
