This place is too expensive. Overall customer service is great. when it comes down to prices and portions is not great at all. The community of Paterson deserves reasonable prices. Most important it is located inside a hospital. They should have a restaurant with reasonable prices mostly for the patients and family because without them there wouldn't be no hospital. You get about a foot long at subway for like $8.50. This place gives you a kids meal type of sandwich for $8.50 not to mention the meat amount is similar to 2 chicken nuggets.

The food can be good, it's the fact of the sanitation and the people who work there. I know from experience because I used to be employed. I'm not perfect and we all make mistakes but I was the main one maybe the only employee that made sure to do my job well, I can't say the same everyone else. They didn't change the dishes properly and to hold foods and condiments and keep them fresh. They didn't get in the cracks and crevices of certain areas that held the foods so I was never surprised to find creepy crawlers around. Food was would be found spoiled or left unattended because a lot of the employees didn't follow a healthy rotation when it came to flipping dishes so we either lost a lot of fresh food or we had to serve food that wasn't fresh. On top of that there is an unfair hierarchy within the facility. The employees that weren't so good workers and who were extremely rude to customers got promoted to manager for some odd reason. Even customers would complain on how unprofessional and rude the newly promoted manager was. I hear they're still manager and they're still continuing their rude ways. Just ultimately unprofessional and unfair business between the the employers, employees and customers I'm glad I'm not working there anymore.

As usual I am leery of any Dunkin since they are known to mess up my order. This location did not. Yaaay ! The parking lot is pretty big and easy to get to. I was greeted promptly and had no wait. It was early morning Saturday and usually it's busy but they were moving people out quickly. My order came up quick and correct. Woohoo for this location !

I only come here because I get a stipend through work. The yogurt parfaits are my favorite, along with the soup and all the freshly made cookies. Other than that, everything else is overly expensive and not worth your money. The portion size for wraps and sandwiches are laughable too. If I had to spend my own money, I probably wouldn't come here. Nothing else for me to say.
