In short, we continue going to this bakery only because we haven’t found a replacement yet. When I bought two bags of bread, the woman at the counter doubled the price on the invoice, charging me for four bags instead of two. I asked why, and she claimed it was because each bag contained four pieces of bread. This is completely unacceptable — it’s dishonest. Moreover, their customer service is terrible. The two women and the man working there are consistently rude and unprofessional. Several people in the area have also told me they’ve had bad experiences with this bakery’s staff.

My friend just ordered a large pizza so the lady at the front was very rude and started cursing at her n told her not to come again and the pizza was full of tomato sauce !!!!! My friend paid for it and through it away !!! The dromt desk lady is very aggressive and disrespectful I wonder how they're keeping her there

Baladna Bakery is really amazing! My children love their pies, especially the cheese pies. They are tasty, easy to eat, and perfect to take to school, it is very healthy and an excellent choice.
Everything is fresh, and the staff is very kind. I highly recommend Baladna Bakery to anyone who wants delicious Middle Eastern food!
This is a Paterson local spot, it’s hidden in between other shops but it’s one of the best bakeries in town. It makes Arabic pastries and it’s quite affordable, I buy them in bulk to freeze and heat up as a quick breakfast AND they have Palestinian Ka’ak made fresh daily. I love their breading here - the smell of it reminds you of home 😍
