Also I hope you don’t mind people smoking around you because no one said anything to them that night. I’m glad I checked my credit card because they also charged it more than what I signed.

Had a nice steak here. Might have been the best restaurant I visited in Tyumen actually. Waiter's here spoke pretty good English which was quite a big deal for me in Tyumen as I speak very little Russian. The interior of the restaurant was very nice. Pretty quickly in Tyumen you learn not to judge places from their exterior.
