Banna King in Passaic is one of those spots you try once and instantly know you’re coming back. Their food is always super fresh you can taste it in every bite. So the problem was the staff. I got there to pick up my order at the estimated time (it said: your order is ready for pick up), I asked one of the employees for my PICKUP order. She looked at it and proceeded to look around for it (or so I thought). She checks some orders behind her and then takes off, but she says nothing to me. I could see it was busy so I just waited there for 10 MINUTES (again order was ready for pickup before I got there). Everybody proceed to get their orders and leave. I asked again a different employee and to my surprise my order was indeed ready when they said it was. The first employee that I tought was looking for my order, did absolutely nothing. The order was siting there the whole time before I got there and after the unnecessary 10 minutes I spent there. I like Banana king, but im glad you guys have other locations, because I’m not coming back to the Madison Ave location.

Excellent service, the girls are super friendly, especially one with green eyes... today I went shopping around 4 pm and my baby vomited and the super nice girl helped me clean up the mess.
Just ordered at 3am and the worker forgot to put my patacon in the bag. I asked twice if that’s all my order in the bag and she said yes. I drove home 30 mins away & they tell me they forgot to put my order in the bag & doesn’t even say sorry. I don’t live close I’m wasting my time and gas driving back for their mistake.

I believe she might be a manager the Dominican lady acted like giving extra pink sauce was going to cost her, her job. It’s never that serious . Banana king charging for pink sauce is ridiculous McDonald’s, Wendy’s, juice bar don’t even do that. If there’s a line whether your manager or not instead of standing there take the line down people have places to be and go.
