The place is very clean and the service is great I think but if they want to survive as a business they should really change the cook. The food is less than mediocre Bengali food. I can almost say I would never want to eat it again. And I ordered quite a few dishes.

This restaurant was full on fantastic!!! The food was delicious! The khichuri, chicken pulao, butter chicken, biryani, beef bhuna, Haleem, paratha, chicken lollipop, and chicken 65 were all so delicious! The best part of the restaurant was the malai chop— soft and delicious, simply amazing! Also a shoutout to their tea and fresh green mango juice! If you are in New Jersey looking for a halal place to eat with your family this is the place!! The food was just soooooooo good and the customer service was great!! Brother Mustafa was so kind and attentive! You totally need to come eat here!

Dietary restrictions: The food is Halal certified

Bornali cafe in Paterson is a hidden gem for Bangladeshi food lovers, offering a rich variety of traditional dishes. Their Chicken Biriyani stands out with perfectly cooked basmati rice and tender chicken, infused with aromatic spices. The Beef Nehari is a must-try, featuring melt-in-your-mouth beef shanks in a flavorful, slow-cooked gravy. For a royal treat, their Morog Polao delivers fragrant rice with succulent chicken, creating a delicate balance of richness and aroma. As for snacks, the Singara and Somucha are crispy delights filled with spiced potatoes and minced meat, perfect for a quick bite.

Unlike Indian-style Bangladeshi restaurants, this place offers a genuine taste of Bangladesh. Located just a minute away from a stunning waterfall, the restaurant has street parking, but if you ask the owner, he can recommend a safe and convenient parking spot nearby.
It's a must-try if you're in or around New Jersey.
