These are delicious. My family enjoys them whenever we purchase from Costco. The one thing that would make me buy more often is if the ingredients were organic. There are such simple ingredients in these buns it’s easily doable. T

I was there 2 weeks ago at 9:00 in the morning. Gave a copy of my license. Filled out an application for delivering overnight. My license is in good standings. I am local to perfect position for me. There was no reason for them not to reach out to me and I hadn't heard anything in 2 weeks. They filled the position and didn't even bother to call me when I went upstairs into the office, met with personnel and everything that's just bad business I wouldn't recommend.....

I bought these amazing brioche rolls from Costco and they are some of the best I’ve ever tried. They are large, buttery, and light as air. It’s hard not to eat the whole box in one sitting ?The Bread Gal is a real gem, adding to an array of great industrial bakeries in the city of Paterson. They are one of the best bakeries in the NY area.

If you are searching for an office job or a job overall where you are appreciated, respected and you can grow, this is NOT that place. They offer you things like growth, more hours, training, etc... let me tell you that it won't happen. Training is very poor. They expect you to do a lot in a snap of the fingers. If you still decide to apply here, watch your back from the managerial accountant and even the owner because they are very two-faced. They are very nice at first and as soon as you make mistakes (in the training process), even mistakes that are not your fault, but the managerial accountant's, they will fire you with no notice just like they state in the job offer letter which is a big first red flag when employers put in the contract that they can fire you anytime in the first 3 months. People come and go all the time because of how bad and unorganized this company is. Also, there's a big nepotism from the owner herself. Her brother "works" here, comes and leaves whenever he feels like it, doesn't do anything but eating on his desk and he gets to keep his "job". If I knew all this I would have run. If you are looking for career fulfilment RUN FROM THIS COMPANY. No benefits at all for part-timers. They should stop lying here on the reviews section and take my honest detailed review as a starting point for their professional growth. Best Wishes!

The onion brioche was seemingly stale and hardened. I wouldn’t recommend I ate while I was visiting last week and I was disappointed.

So i found out about the brioche buns from my cousin is a chef. I was getting some supplies for a barbeque and he told me i have to try these brioche buns. He told me go to go Costco and get these buns its the same stuff he uses at work. The buns were amazing and a hug hit at my memorial day barbeque..
The always fresh artisan products that we get from The Bread Gal Bakery far surpass any products we're gotten from previous bakers. The soft, delicious buttery brioche are to die for.We can't get enough of the most delicious muffins we've ever had! The plus is that when we buy too many to eat in one sitting (which is always), they freeze excellently. Take one out to thaw for 30 minutes or so and they are just as good as the day they were baked!We are always on the lookout for Woman Owned Business, so this is an absolute win.We are always sharing The Bread Gal's goods with friends and family to spread the word. We LOVE them!

I have NEVER had a better bagel in my life! I recently attended an event that The Bread Gal supplied at and couldn’t leave without receiving their contact information. I’ve ordered from their home delivery site “NYC Bakery Direct” and the bagels are a new staple at my place. Great customer service, woman-owned and delicious…can’t get much better than that.

I went there one month ago because they posted a ad on Craiglist saying they are looking to hire and to apply in person. They made me to make application that was asking for social security number and I put it but they never called me back and after a month they have many applications and the ad is in Craigslist still. Why they ask for social number from everyone I ask? it looks very bad to collect this information that is not needed to qualify someone first and ask for social after you decide someone is good and when you want to do more check and to hire. this is only place I gave my social number in many years and if something happen to my information I will get the police involve and I know people in newark FBI. the craiglist ad is still there one month, how many applications you need in one month collecting social numbers?
