I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a incredible evening and the restaurant was surely the reason for this happy evening. New owner. Changed to "Happy eat in" but same recipe. Last owner passed down the secret. Best Lomo Saltado in Paterson. Hands down. Must eat if fresh or the potato loses its crunch. Try the fried Fish with sweet sour sauce. It's not on the menu but if you frequent there often enough they can do it for you.
