The guy that took my order from the drive through name Alim was very unprofessional. I asked him if he can take two separate order he said no. I asked him if he can complete this one and if I can order a 2nd one since I’m using two different payment methods he said no I have to go all the way around again even tho it’s no other car behind me. I decided to just stick with one order because going around will take another few minutes since I can’t make a legal left turn. When I went to the window the Spanish guy was very nice after I got my order I asked him if I can get 4 pies which came out to 12$ he was happy to do it for me. Alim need some kindness in his heart. It’s hard to get hold of a manager since nobody answers the phone when you call the store but I hope this review can make a difference

I got pickup from this branch. The food was stale and sad. The fries had NO salt at all. The worker was confused when I asked for sauce and couldn’t properly communicate. This place needs to learn about customer experience.

Imagine this. Just got off of an eight hour flight. Horrible food. Got through New York traffic. Hungry as hell. You’re on sweet american soil again. What do you want? A burger and some fries. Maybe a drink too, if you’re feeling dangerous. You find one of the two burger kings open that are on the road back home. You pull up, hoping to go through the drive thru and save everyone the pain of seeing the horror of an exhausted traveler. Closed. Hideous orange cones. You sigh, preparing yourself to head inside of this fine establishment. Food is food, whether you get it through the drive thru or you walk in. You get out, it’s chilly. It’s 12:30AM, no one who is sane is out at this hour in a city they barely know. You walk up to the door. You pull. You push. Locked. They closed. 30 minutes early. That’s what I lived through last night. You know what, if you’re going to close early, fine. Just don’t lie to me on your website and get my hopes up for food when you know you’ll lock the doors before I can even think about what I want to order. 0/10, I wanted to cry.

Iced coffee is very good but mcd is better.
But love the chicken sandwich, tastes and looks like chicken. The basic one is like machine made. Chicken wrap is good as well.

This was the most disturbing experience I’ve ever had at a fast food establishment in my life and I’m 49 . I stopped at this location with my 3 grandchildren 6,5 and 3 and my father on a road trip after ordering and receiving my food I made the mistake of having everyone pile into the restroom before we got back on the road. It was the most vile and disgusting restroom I’ve ever seen there was an additional door that was open and led to nowhere that was full of debris trash and the whole place was filthy and swelled terrible not to mention it was unisex and the young man who had used it prior seemed to have bathed in it and it had a body Oder from all of his sweaty parts the soap towel and toilet paper dispensers were all non functioning and the manager called the police to have the man removed which would’ve been more helpful before he let him into the restroom to make it worse than what it was. Not sure how you can even have a room that filthy in a place where people have to wash their hands to serve food. Huge fail Burger King!!! Wish I had taken a photo but didn’t want to spend any more time in there than needed.

Nice establishment and clean environment. Service was not good kept asking what we said because cashier was distracted by a customer complaining about wrong food to another employee my husband had to ask if we could pay 🙄 While waiting for our food we watched them make another couple wait while they continued to talk about the food after he left. Got in the car finally and the burger was not good at all and the sprite smelt and tasted like pool water luckily the side of chicken fries were good. Probably a good place maybe just the wrong night I don't know but this experience was definitely less than perfect.
