My French fries where hot but they had a really bad taste. I've got sick after eating them. I love checkers' fries, but not this time. I'm not sure if they were expired or the oil was old, but something wasn't right.

The worst service crap is that restaurant, an order takes more than 30 minutes because those who work the night shift are the Oeoe attendants.

We ordered two number 1 meals. One with no cheese, ketchup and mustard only. One regular one.
We only got one, and it had everything on it.
When we pulled up, they had a little girl working the register. She must have been 13 or 14. Didn't seem old enough to be working there.
The food was great, and when we checked the receipt we didn't get charged for the food we didn't get, but the whole experience was weird.

About 30 mins I was in checkers, but the women there who’s accept the orders is rude and it was my first time and last time that visited that checkers because of that women. worse stuff I have ever seen

horrible. absolutely horrible, all the workers have a horrible attitude and aren’t afraid to show it. they’ll blatantly express their rudeness to you. they also are impatient. the inside of this particular checkers is pretty in hygienic. the food was alright but don’t come here.
I like checkers. But the women in here all have attitudes and think they can talk to you any way they want. After severals problems with these woman I have decided to stay out of checkers forever. They are way to rude and probably spitting on food. Go to white castles down the road, their crew always sweet and pleasant. After receiving a call from the division manager they proved my point. All she wanted to do was argue with me after owner said they always happy to help. There is no real customer service here at all

I love checkers but this location absolutely made me not even ever want to eat there again. I ask for cheese fries and I was given this slop like I’m in jail…. As a human with a brain, why would you soak my entire fries with liquid cheese. Completely ruined my appetite. Of course the staff had an attitude just like any other time. Very last time going here.

Checkers has gotten better over the last 2 years. New management has shaped this store up nice. Unfortunately, it's in the middle of downtown Paterson, so it's almost always a bit of traffic at this location.
