Picaderas are great and the large yaroas too. Please change the container for the small yaroa the fries get soggy. Club sandwich taste like from Dr. chimis from here beef or chicken are fire too. This is the best chimi truck in Paterson

I ordered big picadera tray that was over $100 and they gave me old tostones that looked like they had been reheated. The taste was terrible and we called for a new tostones order and they denied it. Don’t order from here.

Amazing Food & Great Vibes! I had a great experience at Chimi parranda. We tried the chimi sandwich and the yaroa, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, especially with the meat – they definitely don’t hold back! Everything was full of flavor and clearly made with care. And very affordable too.
What really stood out is that this is a family-owned business, and you can feel the love and effort they put into everything. It's a very nice spot overall – great food, friendly service, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommend!
