Picaderas are great and the large yaroas too. Please change the container for the small yaroa the fries get soggy. Club sandwich taste like from Dr. chimis from here beef or chicken are fire too. This is the best chimi truck in Paterson

Amazing Food & Great Vibes!
I had a great experience at Chimi parranda. We tried the chimi sandwich and the yaroa, and both were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, especially with the meat – they definitely don’t hold back! Everything was full of flavor and clearly made with care. And very affordable too.

What really stood out is that this is a family-owned business, and you can feel the love and effort they put into everything....

First Time and ill be coming back every time im in NJ. Delicious food, immaculate place, feels like home and staff is Amazing.
Love to see how business owners give the Youth opportunities to start their career path.
I also tried a chicken chimi…… no words to describe how delicious is was.
