this place to buy cause I saw the prices online but when I picked up my order the prices were almost double, the server just told me that they didn’t updated the prices yet

Yesterday I ordered chuleta empanizada de cerdo with rice and tostones for my mother and a pechuga empanizada with salad and maduras for myself. Needless to say, when we received the order both the chuleta and pechuga were not fully cooked and the sides weren’t even what I ordered! I called to speak to a manager and was told that he wouldn’t be in until the afternoon and the girl that I was speaking with didn’t offer a resolution. I through both orders away. This place should be embarrassed of what they are charging for what they are serving. I paid over &20/order! I have fought the charge with my bank. Disgusting food and customer service. I will never order from here again.

Terrible service ? more than an hour waiting for the food....
Terrible service, I ordered and they said it would be ready in 20 minutes, because I spent 1 hour waiting for the order and they always said it was 7 minutes away and it didn't arrive. I didn't abandon the order because my son was hungry.
I'll be honest, I've been going here for approximately 10 years, the food is good, however the service is terrible, and the prices on the physical menu are not updated and they don't let you know when ordering, tip mandatory for 4 people.
I don't recommend it, there are places with better food and better service nearby.

The service here is awesome. The food used to be fabulous. IDK if they had a bad day or what, but the meats arepas AND the ripe plantains were tough and burnt! How do you make ripe plantains tough? I've eaten here many, many times, and this was the first time that it wasn't even mediocre. It seemed as if they put EVERYTHING (except the beans and rice) on a grill on super high flames just to not attend the food.
Horrible!

From bad to worse, I ordered 3 soups to take away: a chicken stew, a rib stew, and a tripe.I come home and the chicken sanchoco with fish flavor, a wing, a small cob and half a dadThen I open the rib and the same thing: 1 single rib, half yuca and pure brothWhat a lack of respect for customers who choose your restaurant but are not intelligent, customers lose.If you don't have scrambled eggs for the sancocho, don't sell it and that's it, or say there isn't any.

The food was awful and I was really disappointed. The steak was dry, over-cooked, and needed flavor. The rice was decent. The arepa was dry and stale and cheese needed salt. I ordered the bunuelo but instead they gave me a croissant, I wish they would’ve called me and told me they don’t have bunuelos anymore, I would’ve preferred to take it off the order than receive the croissant. The flan was the worst flan I ever had in my life. I was shocked they actually served it to me. It looked and tasted like it was at least 1 week old.
