This restaurant doesn’t deserve 0 stars. The atmosphere, service, and food are excellent. The staff is fair with the line and phone orders. There are very inconsiderate people who think that getting angry and impatient with someone else’s work will make things happen faster. The line is respected, and if you don’t agree with fairness, then find another place. Here, you have to wait your turn, but the food and homely, quality service are worth it.
The food is super delicious, the place is clean, but the people who serve must be more empathetic with the customer, they try to hide their disagreement with their work, but they do not lack kindness, charisma, attention and express themselves in a better way when they are going to say something, I think that this way no one is motivated to leave TIPS, because in my opinion I give it based on the service they provide me.
