This is tge second time i have an issue. The first time my order was wrong and i said to the girl look at my past orders and she said the nanager said cant do nothing. This time i ordered and the delevery time was approx 1130. Not its updated to 1230 and not answering the phone. I will never never order again. I will starve instead

I called to see if this location would do me a favor to add more of an ingredient because it was not letting through the app to my order and i asked if they could and she hung up right after. This is what you call good customer service. I’m shocked. Great customer service! I also worked in the food business and I always pleased the customers to a more than what they ask for because I know they would come back. This store does not provide good service.

Every time I order from this awful branch, it takes at least 1.5 hours to get my order to my home. Even though my order hasn't arrived yet, it's marked as delivered, but it arrives an hour after it's marked as delivered. I ordered 2 hours ago and I still haven't received my order. YOU ARE THE WORST DOMINOS BRANCH

How is it that every time I ordered winds 6 to 7 or even all 8 of them are always drums? It’s never ever the other way around. Like how is that possible, I know I can’t be this unlucky. On top of today you sent a pizza that’s not even cut all the way through and cut in completely uneven slices, like not even remotely close, happens all the time. Please train your employees better and if someone orders 8 wings the natural assumption is that half of them are drums and the other half flats. Im going to try my luck by ordering from Fairlawn from now on.

I usually only order deliver with this dominoes but i felt like going into the store, i entered the store and no one greeted me lol, i walked toward the window and i assuming he was the manager (blue shirt) was on his phone , he looked up at me wiped his nose and then proceeded to go back to his phone , he didn’t welcome me or anything. I take customer service seriously esp if i spending my money at that establishment.

Im going to start with the bad. This place has no parking. So get your order delivered. The staff is friendly, the food doesnt disappoint-:& if you order online is way easier for a quick pickup but the websire isnt user friendly (glitches a lot). Delivery may be lengthy- there are no bathrooms or seating area.

I placed a delivery order over 2 ours ago , i didn’t receive the order till super late. When i called to inquire bc its been 2 ours the girl couldn’t give me an eta and was super rude. Im not even annoyed at the late timing. My order was placed at 11 am. The people who the pizza was ordered for have left for the day.
I would give 0 star if I could I order online and The tracker says my food is ready when I went there at the store I waited at the counter the 4 person there didn't even acknowledge me And when I say That I was here to pick up my food They didn't even answer me back The people behind the counter start being rude and obnoxious I asked for my food again didn't want to give my order Because they got a attitude with customers worst customer service

Literally i just called 5 minutes ago, to place an order for delivery. the girl who i wish i could know the name, so i could get her name on this review, she answers the phone on this place, and she asked me what my address was, and i said clifton and this girl, on the most rude way possible said “oh im we dont deliver to clifton, and hang up the phone like she didn’t care at all, that’s the worst costumer service, literally, this girl that answers the phone didn’t even take the time to check, that this dominos, is in paterson, thas next to clifton, and my address, which is in clifton, is less than 2 miles away, literally 5 minutes from this dominos. I will not recommend this dominos, and hope they change this person that answers the phone or thew will loose every costumer. This call was today at 8:55pm . Very disappointed of dominos.
