This Dunkin’ is a complete disgrace — and it all comes down to the manager. Rude, dismissive, and clearly uninterested in running the store properly. Multiple times I’ve come in and tried to order hot food, only to be met with the same tired lie: “the oven’s not working.” It’s obvious this manager just doesn’t feel like doing their job and makes up excuses to avoid it. Worse than the laziness is the attitude. The manager talks down to customers, acts irritated the moment you ask for anything, and makes the entire experience unpleasant. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how badly they treat the staff behind the scenes and that’s the real problem — the manager sets the tone, and the rest of the employees follow. The whole place runs on negativity, with unmotivated, cold staff who clearly don’t want to be there. It’s like customer service is optional here, What’s even more frustrating? This location is flooded with bad reviews saying the exact same thing rude, unprofessional staff, horrible service and nothing ever changes. Whoever is in charge of this location is either blind to the problem or just doesn’t care.
This store is an embarrassment to the Dunkin’ brand. Avoid it at all costs.

The staff is extremely rude mainly the Manager. He embarrassed me in front of everyone because I mistakenly must of clogged the toilet and then he said “ This is why I don’t let YOU use the bathroom!!!” Which is public by the way! I am a paying customer and this is a public store! How Dare he yell at me the way he did! I am a female and was extremely hurt and embarrassed. It was so inappropriate And then he told me to leave!!!!!!!! Who hires these people especially a General Manager!

The staff here are very rude and inconsiderate , I literally only do mobile orders because someone working there always have an attitude , I placed a mobile order at 6;45 for the 6$ meal deal and just so happen to get to the store at about 6:48 which I knew it wouldn’t be ready and that was okay . Upon entering nobody was in the front of the store in fact there was only 1 employee here. . At 6:55 the gentle man than asked me if I want hot coffee because they don’t have iced coffee, I do not drink hot coffee so I told him no I would wait. All in all the service is horrible everytime I come here . The store opens up at 6am so I dont understand how almost an hour into the store being open nothing is available . Theirs is one gentleman here who has some sense of customer service skills however everyone else is horrible ! Worst location in Paterson , I left out of the store at 6:59am a very upset customer .
