The staff here are very rude and inconsiderate , I literally only do mobile orders because someone working there always have an attitude , I placed a mobile order at 6;45 for the 6$ meal deal and just so happen to get to the store at about 6:48 which I knew it wouldn’t be ready and that was okay . Upon entering nobody was in the front of the store in fact there was only 1 employee here. . At 6:55 the gentle man than asked me if I want hot coffee because they don’t have iced coffee, I do not drink hot coffee so I told him no I would wait. All in all the service is horrible everytime I come here . The store opens up at 6am so I dont understand how almost an hour into the store being open nothing is available . Theirs is one gentleman here who has some sense of customer service skills however everyone else is horrible ! Worst location in Paterson , I left out of the store at 6:59am a very upset customer .

Since it is only a two-minute walk away, I frequently visited this Dunkin' Donuts store many times a week. However, I have since discovered that they have been acting racistly towards their customers and using foul language behind their backs in bengali lang. It would be beneficial to run this firm smoothly by changing the entire team. Those two male employees are very rude to browns and blacks, and will only behave nice if its a female customer. Every customer should be welcomed by the employees with a smile, and they should treat everyone fairly and with respect. And in regards to my order, while it's not always wrong, it is frequently wrong. They believe that if I request coconut milk, they would simply provide whole milk, and I won't be able to tell the difference. They are mistaken! I strongly urge all the customers who feel the same please take extra steps to walk 2 more blocks and grab your coffee near police station where they'll treat you with utmost respect and make you feel comfortable and get your order right 99.99%

I come here probably twice per week since my job is right around the corner. Everyone in there is always nice and friendly. There's always a good selection, even though I always get the same thing.I'm always happy when I come to dunks! Thank you for great service!

I go with a friend everyday during work and they get her mobile order wrong everyday. I order mine in store and never had a problem. Yesterday I did the mobile order and it was wrong. It wasn't a complicated order. It was medium hot coffee with milk. I got black coffee.
