They don't put 2 tea bags, only 1 on large cups, so they are charging me more just for more hot water. I will change that review with the next visit.

During my visit, I encountered a situation where an employee, according to the receipt her name is Zuleima, unfairly attempted to remove me from the store mutiple times. I believe this action was not warranted as I was conducting myself in a respectful manner and had every intention of following any store policies in place. I was not interfering with business operations and was minding my own business just waiting for my car to be serviced nearby. I've been coming to this place for years, this was very disappointing, and just flat out unacceptable.

I have been a regular customer for years. I must say since the original owner and there family sold the business the food isn't good. Let me explain. I dont visit much but if I pass by I will stop in, but it never fails that they mess up the order and hand out cold food because there concern at this dunkin is meeting a speed quota thru the drive. When you pull up they ask you to back up while they reset the machine and then wave you to pull up. Bad enough thats annoying to do and unsafe. When you get to the window your food is ready to go and when I check for temperature its cold. Today the young lady handed me the bag and said have a nice day. So I pulled off only to check my bag and see the food was cold and I was missing food from the bag. I park on the side of the road to walk up to the drive thru window because it was so full. I told her you need to stop rush food out the window without verifying everything is in the bag and now your handing me cold food again. I told her this is unacceptable I spend alot of money everday at dunkin and this is not right. She asked for the food back and I said to forget it because I dont trust anyone to rehandle the food . There concern is meeting a time quote and moving cars quickly thru the drive. I told them they should be concerned about handing out quality hot food instead of meeting a quota.

Haven’t been here in quite some time but today I went after work and may I say the customer service was amazing! Lately you barely see great customer service so when I do have this experience I give my appreciation. Thank you Miguel for your great customer service today. After a long day of work your great and bubbly personality was felt through the drive through.

I was there yesterday morning and the one lost. She went off on this dude for no reason. I was standing right by him. All he did was ask why she was taking care of people out of order and she exploded. She was totally out of line and it was uncalled for. Otherwise this location is usually chill.

Update July 10 2024..
The blonde Spanish lady(mngr) is the nicest. Always fast and on point. Short black guy...hustling even running to kitchen to get things done. Older lady making toasted stuff and what have you good. Heavy set girl in front RUDE. I ordered on dunkin app before going there. Just a frozen chocolate. I asked if my order was made at pickup window. She said I'm all alone. Not what I asked but I said nothing more and waited patiently. I watch several people arrive order and leave with merch so I finally asked why did all those people get their orders when they all ordered after me. She got loud and said I told you I'm alone. What does that have to do with taking the orders in the order they come? She tried to get loud because she couldn't handle the pressure but I cannot have another person get loud with me. I will not tolerate that from anyone. So of course, I responded, albeit respectfully and with clean language. She is very rude and practically had a meltdown, because she can't handle the job. Luckily, the manager lady stepped in and asked what I needed, but before she could even take care of it the short black guy was already on it. Thank you very much to that guy, as you already had a lot on your plate. Thank you to the manager for stepping in even though your employee was still being loud once you and I we're done. All in all great place and clean but that one girl needs to find a new job. Spent a lot of time in the customer service industry and people like her always got fired for the same.

This may be probably the most professional and well runed Dunkin donuts I have ever been to. The drive thru staff is second to known.
