Asked for all chocolate munchkins I noticed it’s multiple glazed! I don’t eat glazed they very hard and I’m disappointed , I’ve attempted to call the store number listed online it says out of service. Very disappointed with this service

I went to buy a avocado toast with bacon and it doesn’t look nothing like the picture. I went through the drive through and as soon as i get the food I opened in front of the lady and show her like. Look just one piece of bacon and she look at me and said that’s fine. And i told her like look at the picture it doesn’t look like that one. First bacon it supposed to be bites not whole small little piece. This is what i got so sad that no all the dunkins offer the same good service and quality that they are supposed to offer.

Ladies working there are nice. But, often the drive thru is slammed and there is only 1 person helping if you walk in.

The items are always stale or they're out of stock their servers are rude and they must the orders up and then will not correct the order when you're wrong do you spell language towards you when you're trying to explain to them that they've made an error and then they threatened to call the cops because you won't accept that they're ripping you off and won't give you your items 0 most of their employers do not speak any English at all and they're very rude. The only Plus the places at least clean and tidy they really need to improve a lot at that business and you better watch everything that you order because they mess up every single order we've ever gotten there and then they try to lie and say that the order is correct and threatened to call the police on you it's happened to his numerous times if you want to get great service for dunkin' donuts go to the River Street dunkin' donuts or the one on Getty avenue they both have great service very respectable always a pleasant atmosphere and all their items are usually in stock

This lady natlaie night time manager would not tell me her name once i told her i was reporting her to corporate her co worker had to tell me the name. I literally had to stay in the drive through till she gave me her name. Nasty old lady didn’t want to tell me her name for a reason. People report these people they have to follow rules. The more you report on them the better for the customer.
You really got to check your orders before you leave they get them wrong alot

I just bought the $6 deal. This is the second time I went and everything was cold. I don’t come here often but every time I do this happens. Not even warm at all. The hash browns were cold and taste like they’ve been sitting in the PHU for awhile. The only thing I got that was hot was my coffee. Employees please check your products! If your PHU is not working properly, let your manager know. It’s very important to serve hot food to your customers at all times!!
