Was told their frozen machine was broken so I ordered an iced cappuccino. Was instead handed a cup of iced milk. No coffee in sight. If you REALLY love milk, this is the place for you. Coffee drinkers go elsewhere.

My mom order a decaf coffee today 3/15 they gave her a regular coffe she is feeling very bad . Please if someone order you decaffeinated coffe if because of an issue if you don't have decaffeinated coffe please don't sell regular very bad service.

Today was the last straw, definitely not going back. Lattes filled only halfway, burnt bagels, stale donuts no thanks.
At 5 20 p.m., I tried the drive-thru to get a hot drink from the DD I go to every morning. After waiting for about 3 minutes and saying hello multipletimes and getting no answer, I decided to leave. When I passed the window, the employee, a girl, was wearing the headset and lost on her phone. It seems that some people don't go to work to do their jobs.
