As someone who values consistency, professionalism, and customer service, my recent experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location was disappointing. I encountered staff who appeared inattentive and disengaged — one employee was on a personal phone call at the register while several customers waited in line, which is unacceptable in any customer-facing business.
There was also a concerning interaction with an older staff member who came across as unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive toward customers. This is not the level of service I expect, especially as a long-time patron of the Dunkin’ brand.
I also noticed a general lack of communication, and it seemed that language barriers may have contributed to confusion and poor service flow. This location would benefit from additional training in both customer service and operational professionalism to ensure all guests feel welcome and understood.
Until there are improvements in staff conduct and management oversight, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I hope Dunkin' corporate leadership takes note and acts accordingly.

Today my friend and I went to this Dunkin Donuts. They should have more security. We were harassed by a guy, asking us for money. He took our drinks and threw them outside the establishment. And we felt too afraid that he would do something to us. They should have more security. Those who work there see that situation and do nothing. THE WORST SECURITY HAS THIS PLACE FOR ITS CUSTOMERS!

i've been a customer here for a long long time and I came to paterson Broadway 125 Broadway. I ordered some refresher and it doesn't have no taste. It's full of water and a lot of ice and I asked the lady to if there's a bathroom order in the road you gonna run a business without the bathroom. this is. crazyy. and establishment. is. so dirty the manager with a. scarf on are very rude. to their costumers. sad

I've been a pretty loyal customer, coming here almost every day. That changes today! I had to wait 15+minutes on line to order a large caramel macchiato, just to get a medium one. And to top it off when I go to leave with it, the top wasn't currently closed, which made me spill some of it onto the floor. And I've seen with my own eyes, multiple people spill their coffee cause the lid wasn't fully closed. I won't be coming here for a long time,if ever. They really need to change the staff, cause they move really slow, and get things wrong. I really don't know how you confuse the word large with the word medium. Obviously, this is the worst dunkin' in Paterson, but this might be one of the worst dunkin in the tri state area!!!!!
The employees in dunkin donuts were rude. Last Saturday, my dad couldn’t pronounce “croissant”correctly at dunkin. The workers just laugh at my dad in his face. Like What is wrong with you. That’s very disrespectful and laughing at customers. It’s not his first language but laughing instead of helping. That’s unacceptable!!

They are slow, have to keep repeating your order. Every Dunkin Donuts in Paterson that I know of has bugs in the coffee now. Before the Coronavirus their were no bugs in the coffee. Now, they are practically in every food and certain drinks you buy at the Supermarket/fast-food place. (I'm not talking about dark bugs either. They are translucent). I'm starting to think their micro- bugs. There in the air, in apartment buildings, everywhere, etc.. I've tried killing them with practically everything I could think of but it seems like they multiply. Don't know what else to kill them with?? Has anyone noticed but me? I've asked few people, they said, " I don't see nothing". I could see them, can you at least try?.?☕
